This is officially my first review ever. The maintenance manager, Jason went so far above and beyond expectations that I would like to leave a 5-star review. From my experience, I have positive interactions with all the house staff.

Came in on late Friday to check out the apartments. Avenue5 management company is doing an amazing job! Right from tours, to application process and on-boarding a new tenant was a phenomenal experience! Very thorough and smooth at their execution, I have rented multiple properties and this has been the best experience of my life! Shout out to Tynee, Vee and Felecia in helping us on board quick and making us feel welcomed.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Westley! The building is in a great location, always well kept, and managed by an awesome team! Shoutout and kudos the them all! I started following their instagram before I moved to watch everything going on in the building! Ultimately, I moved in with the prospect of being part of a community with the opportunities to meet my neighbors. Westley offers this with lots of resident events and engagement. It has been a fun place to live, so far!

Our apartment is beautiful with great appliances, incredible use of space, giant windows, and the amenities throughout the building are fantastic. It’s also perfectly placed in the neighborhood that I’m so excited to live in. I’m looking forward to being here for a little bit and getting to know more of our neighbors now that events have kicked off.
